A cute solid silver seahorse pendant on a sterling silver chain – what’s not to love?
I carved this little seahorse design by hand into a wax block, then the wax pattern was cast into sterling silver using the lost wax casting method.
Once cast the pendant is carefully hand finished and the details on it are emphasised by oxidising (darkening) the silver in the recesses to make the pattern really stand out.
This pendant is fully hallmarked by Goldsmith’s Assay Office , London and bears my unique Maker’s Mark.
It measures 33x18mm and comes ready to wear hung on a leather necklace.
